  • How Do I Make An Appointment?

    Please email a picture, description of your dent and your location to support@dentsensepdr.com. For the most accurate estimate, I recommend cleaning the area around the dent in order to get a clear picture.  

    I review emails once a day and will respond within 24 hours with a price quote and my next available date as well as answer any questions you may have.

    I want to provide you with the highest quality service and results when I repair your vehicle. Due to high demand and the customized time and process I put into each dent, as well as the complimentary mobile service, I often book out farther than my competitors.

  • How Much Will A Typical Repair Cost?

    Every dent is unique and requires a custom quote.  Quotes are based off size, difficulty and access to the dent.  My rates start at $99 for a small quarter-sized ding with reasonable access.  Larger dents are often less than most insurance deductables.

  • Do You Bill Insurance Companies?

    Unfortunately I am not able to bill insurance companies directly. However, I will provide a receipt with a description of the service for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

  • Can You Repair The Paint Damage?

    Yes. We can repair scratches, scuffs, swirls and chips in your paint.

1. FILE YOUR CLAIM

Call the 800# on the back of your insurance card to file a claim. You will need date, time of storm and where vehicle was located. As a courtesy, Dentsense can file the claim for you.

2. INITIAL ESTIMATE

Schedule an adjuster to do the initial estimate at your home, work, or our shop. Writing the initial estimate with us will eliminate the need for a supplement and avoid delays in repair time.

3. SCHEDULE REPAIRS

Once you have the initial estimate from your insurance company you are ready to schedule your vehicle for repairs. Call one of our friendly hail professionals to book your appointment today.
